Shipping Policy
At Beyond Yoga, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/PO Box destinations.
Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds as outlined in our policy. Please note that additional lead time may be required for certain locations.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after processing.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed beginning the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Free Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1 business day
Holiday Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping: Order by EOD PST 12/17 for delivery by 12/24
- Express Shipping: Order by EOD PST 12/19 for delivery by 12/24
- Expedited Shipping: Order by EOD PST 12/22 for delivery by 12/24
Delays are expected during high-volume shipping times and sale periods. Please allow 2–3 additional business days for your order to ship once processed.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
- International Returns: Free international return shipping is not currently available.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for different colors or styles are not permitted. Please return and place a new order.
APO/FPO/PO Box & U.S. Territory Destinations
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories. Additional delivery time may be required.
- Extended Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.
- Expedited shipping options may not be available.
International Shipments
- Customs & Duties: All duties, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- EU Shipments: We do not currently ship to the European Union.
- Customs Inspections: International shipments may be subject to delays.
Delays in Transit
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Claims must be filed within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs.
